PHILANTHROPY
Nationally, Chi Omega supports the Make-A-Wish Foundation, a philanthropy that all Chi Omega chapters share. The Make-A-Wish foundation grants the wishes of children with life threatening medical conditions, allowing magic to happen in the lives of these children and their families. Through the experiences granted by Make-A-Wish, our aim is to make a difference and enhance the lives of children and families as they fight these illnesses together.
Chi Omega’s greatest source of fundraising is through our annual “Wings for Wishes” bracket-style wing eating competition in the Spring and our annual "Swishes for Wishes" basketball tournament in the Fall. Wish Week is another event where we hold many fundraising activities that include, Pie a Chi-O, donut & cookies stands, silent auctions, t-shirt sales, and many others. In-chapter fundraisers, such as Chi O Yard Sale, is one of the many other ways we raise money for Make-A-Wish.
Whether helping our national philanthropy (Make-A-Wish Foundation), the Clemson University community, or the local community, Chi Omegas make a difference. Each year, we commit to both fundraising and volunteering to help make a difference in the lives of others. In addition to the Make-A-Wish Foundation, Chi Omegas at Clemson participate in other University events such as Dance Marathon, Clemson LIFE, Habitat for Humanity, and many more.

Hi everyone! We are so honored to serve as Chi Omega’s Co-Directors of Philanthropy. Our chapter is beyond proud to support Make-A-Wish Foundation, an incredible organization that holds such a special place in our hearts. To be able to play a part in their mission is so fulfilling and has helped us realize the true impact we, as a chapter, can make. We are committed to working our hardest to ensure our chapter feels that same sense of purpose that we both do. Thank you all for supporting our efforts and Make-A-Wish, and we are so excited to see what the future holds!
Xoxo,
Marrin Darcy and Taylor Squiers

A LETTER FROM OUR community service CHAIR
Hi! My name is Allie Johnson, and I am so honored to serve as the Director of Community Service for Chi Omega at Clemson University! In this role, I have the opportunity to support our philanthropy team and help lead our chapter in building strong, meaningful relationships with the community around us.
Our dedication to service is such a huge part of what makes Chi Omega so special. One of my favorite parts of this role is getting to work with our incredible philanthropy team, led by our amazing philanthropy co-chairs, Taylor Squires and Marrin Darcy! Our national philanthropy, Make-A-Wish, holds a special place in our hearts, and I love being part of the efforts that help make life changing wishes come true for children with critical illnesses.
Beyond Make-A-Wish, we also get to engage with a variety of local organizations and causes that are close to our hearts. Whether it is volunteering at campus events or working with nonprofits throughout our community, it is truly fulfilling to connect our chapter with opportunities that not only give back but also bring us closer together as a sisterhood. Whether it’s organizing service events, working hands-on in the community, or helping others find ways to get involved, I am constantly inspired by the impact we can have when we come together with purpose and compassion.
Chi Omega has shown me the true value of service and the joy that comes from being part of something bigger than yourself. I am so beyond grateful for the chance to give back to the community that has given me so much, and I can’t wait to see what else we’re able to accomplish together.
